La cuisine de Sandrine

I offer you a cuisine brought back from my travels and inspired by our beautiful valley… Original recipes with a touch of the exotic, prepared using fresh seasonal produce.

My primary supplier is my vegetable garden. Located on the banks of the river Jaur, in Prémian, it allows me to cook extra-fresh vegetables, in an extra-short circuit, directly from the garden to the plate.

For your buffets, meals with friends, family or just the two of you, for your holidays or any other occasion, don’t hesitate to let me know what you’d like and what ideas you have.
