Clé d’O Fée Wine

La Clé d’Ô Fée is a pretty name that sounds like a musical key!

In 2017 Ophélie and Frédéric created a small estate specialising in Syrah, Grenache, Merlot and Vermentino varieties. Respecting the environment, their 4 hectares of vines receive no treatment… while their filtration technique eliminates sulphites and avoids the addition of allergenic products.

Certified in organic agriculture and with the label Valeurs Parc naturel régional du Haut-Languedoc, they produce wines with limited inputs (fertilizers and pesticides.) On tasting, one finds a lot of finesse and freshness.

Here, organic farming sets the tone and a great range of original wines invites you to taste them.
