Primarily based on fresh products, the dishes at La Voie Gourmande are home-made. Mireille cooks her own foie gras, charcuterie, garnishes, desserts and jams.
The meat and poultry are carefully selected. The fries are freshly prepared to order. The cheeses are farmhouse, exclusively from Tarn producers.
The restaurant is located in Saint-Amans-Valtoret, in the Tarn, near the PassaPaïs greenway.
