Originally from German-speaking Switzerland, we fell in love with the old railway station dating back to 1884. With a lot of love and care, we have already undertaken extensive renovation work to provide our guests with an oasis of well-being. Herbert (cabinetmaker) made most of the furniture from recycled scaffolding planks, and the interior decor and paintings are by Catherine. They love creating beautiful things together.
A 3500 m² park-like garden with lots of flowers, rest areas, a saltwater pool and century-old trees awaits guests. In addition to the former waiting room with a lounge and dining tables, we have a large, fully-equipped kitchen. Outside, it’s possible to grill on the fire circle and, on request, art workshops can be organised with or without the accompaniment of artist Cat.
At present, our rental accommodation is for a maximum of 4 guests, making the place exceptionally relaxed and peaceful.
