Originating from the Hauts-de-France (Lille), the roots of the Brasserie de Raspailhac extend from the Grand-Est (Strasbourg) to Occitanie (Saint Vincent d’Olargues in the Hérault). These multiple origins explain the recipes developed by the brewer since 2013: beers with subtle aromas distilled from Alsace hops & with a malty core developed by long fermentation.
Since 2016, the brewery has been located in the Haut-Languedoc, in a stone farmhouse built at the end of the 19th century. Located in the heart of the chestnut groves, the brewery is respectful of its environment and its activity is part of a sustainable development approach.
