The establishment, founded in 1903, is located in the heart of the village of Olargues, a few metres from the PassaPaïs greenway, opposite the railway station which was very active at that time. The founder, Gustave Laissac, gave his name to the hotel, and the brand that has been preserved represents a family heritage that has always been managed from generation to generation.
Our restaurant, open all year round, offers traditional cuisine based on local products. The flavour of our braised meats, trout from the Jaur or ceps from the Somail will leave you with excellent memories.
During the summer season, you can sit on the terrace in the shade of the hundred-year-old plane trees to enjoy a drink or a dish from our menu.
