Mas du Rouyre Winery

Listening to Yannick Poras talk about the Mas du Rouyre vineyard is the best way to learn about “the” wine. Yannick Poras, an independent winemaker, offers organically grown wines from the Haute Vallée de l’Orb, (8ha, 13 grape varieties): alicante bouchet, aramon, caladoc, carignan blanc, carignan noir, cinsault, clairette, grenache noir, morrastel, mourvèdre, pinot noir, syrah and viognier.

A winemaker to the core, Yannick Poras is overflowing with attention and, let’s face it, love for his vines and the wines he makes. He shares his passion with the widest possible audience, with events such as the “bar Vigneron” during the cellar’s opening hours from June to September, and the “apéritif fermier chez le vigneron” which await you in a festive atmosphere.

A wooden caravan, roulotte en bois installed on a plot of land on the estate, is available for rental.
